Big wins for Little Finds shared value project

WA Mungari

Our Mungari team has earnt recognition for their Shared Value Project, Little Finds. The joint Mungari and E13 and Euphorium initiative involved painting an adventure trail across Kalgoorlie comprising 20 whimsical and delightful designs, supporting tourism, local economic development, arts and culture. The successful art trail was followed up with a new initiative, ‘Junkadelic’ which involved creating art installations by using and recycling ‘junk’. In February 2023, the project took out two awards.

The project was honoured to be named Arts Project winner in the local Artgold Awards, and also scored Bronze in the Australian Street Art Awards’ Best Street Art Trail category. The aim is to boost tourism attraction and potential economic impetus for local traders and people who visit and live in the region.
