Ancillary Operator Julie Smith from our Cowal operation was the winner of the 2023 NSW Women in Mining Outstanding Operator of the Year Award. Grace Derrick, Senior Advisor Environment at Cowal and Group Indigenous and Community Lead Charmaine Saltner were also recognised as award finalists for their significant industry contributions.
